Happy birthday Iman Aliff

Semalam (18/2/2010) merupakan ulangtahun Iman Aliff yg ke 10.
10 years ago Iman lahir semasa abang nya (Farid Emir) was 1 year and a month. Honestly, I felt guilty to Emir sebab kesian kat dia yg tak dapat bermanja lama. I was very confused dan x tahu macam mana nak bahagi masa antara keduanya.

But now...I mastered the experiences and sooo grateful with Iman Aliff presence as well as my other beloved sons and daughter.

He is charming, and full with love. I adore the softness in him. His brothers and lil sister love him dearly...I love him more.

Balik kampung!!!

For whatever reasons...balik kampung merupakan satu agenda yang paling ditunggu2 oleh kami. Anak2 sibuk nak mandi sungai/kolam air panas, ayah nyer sibuk nak cari baung (kat pasar...bukan kat sungai) dan for me....relaxing from stressing papers.

Sempena cuti CNY tahun ni...kami balik kg lagi (12-16/2/2010). Ke Felda Kemelah, Segamat dan Pekan Air Panas, Labis. Kebetulan pula...abang long buat kenduri terima tanda anak sulungnya on 14/2/2010.

Tiba ke kg....beli satay kg ( Satay Adam 35sen/stick...mana nak dapat harga ni kat KL).
The next day, husb call baung supplier...and he kept few for us...nice...nice... (RM25/kg)...6 ekor cost us RM72. Tengahari tu...masak lemak baung...nyum, nyum..

2 hari sibuk kat rumah abg long...rewang. Alhamdulillah, majlis berjalan lancar. Malam 15/2/2010 kami ke Umbai, Melaka pulak...makan2 lagi. This time at terapung seafood. Not so great but ok...since i got my favorite kupang berlado.... Rancangan untuk balik ke KL malam tu terbatal since husband mengantuk kekenyangan.

We gambled going back on 16/2/2010 (jammed yg teruk mmg dijangkakan)...tapi kami decided utk lalu jalan lama Rembau-Tampin dan masuk lebuhraya LEKAS (Mantin). Traffic is ok. Kami berhenti makan di satu tempat makan di Rembau (cendol madu) and had our lunch there. Nasi goreng kg for husb, nasi goreng sardin for me...and 4 chicken chop for the kids. The cendol was nice.

Meneruskan perjalanan...kids wanted to stop for toilet. We stopped by at Wet World Air Panas, Pedas. We cleaned up and guess what happened when the kids saw the pools with water park...
We end up pay the entrance fees and walla....get wet in the pool (the kids were clever enough to bring their swimming suit everywhere).

Sampai rumah at about 6.00pm...everyone were so exhausted but with happy smiling faces...

Sg Tekala

We were on our way to Semenyih when the kids screaming 'nak mandi sungai...' We stopped by at Sg Tekala. Takder persiapan apa2 utk mandi...so, the kids just boo jer with the undergarment...hehehe

Food passion

Makan2 is very synonymous with malaysian lifestyle. Our family have a great passion over food...in other word...we enjoy good food so much.

There are so many makan places in Malaysia....from restaurant, kopitiam and fast food.
Yang penting kesederhanaan (moderation) and appropriate choice of food.

In our lists are....
1. Western Selatern BBB (Johor cuisine)
2. Village view BBB, Jln Reko
3. Kenny Rogers (of any branch)
4. Kedai nasi lemak depan pejabat pos, Tangkak
5. Mee bandung bus-stand Tangkak
6. Beriani gam, Parit Sulong
7. Mee rebus Stulang Laut, JB
8. Masak lemak baung Cik Wook, Kemelah (my mom's sp- my husb fav)
9. Burger King (of any branch)
etc.....

Hari ni nak balik kg...mana nak cari baung? Dah lama tak makan baung. Goreng pun sedap.

Books

Dari dulu, bila ditanya tentang hobi...without failed I would say my hobby is reading. Was it true? Once upon a time, it was true.

Bila mak kata tutup lampu...tidur, I'll pretended that I'm sleeping...until there was a silence from my mother's room...only then I'll take out my story books and a torchlight to start reading sampai 4-5am dalam kelambu (mak forced us to use kelambu masa kat kampung dulu2). Sebab tu my vision was soo bad.

Last 15-16 years...I still like books, but reading it during medical years is a mixtures of enjoyment and terpaksa.

Now...nak menghabiskan satu novel nipis was very difficult for me . Currently, I have 3 thriller novels yang all are half way read....since the last 2 years (2008). I won't blame the kids as a reason why I don't have time to finished it...it is just that probably reading books is much less in the priority now...hehehe.

My last 2 educational books bought was 'PATHOLOGIC BASIS OF DISEASE by Robin & Cotran' (newest edition as mine was way outdated) and 'SOFT TISSUE TUMOR by Enzinger & Weiss'.


Magazines...I have a lot...kalau ada sesiapa perlukan old magazines...do contact me. I have a lot to be donated. Some dah disposed.

Membaca jambatan ilmu. Don't give up to start reading again.

Berkerja

Selagi kita hidup...berbagai jenis manusia yang akan kita jumpa. Yang selalu kita jumpa, keluarga terdekat (suami/isteri dan anak-anak), parents, siblings dan our social groups (rakan sekerja, staff, jiran-jiran, sahabat handai, students, patients, guru anak2 kita etc).
In order to survive daily life, we have to tackle good communication and relationship with others, so we can face tomorrow morning with smile on our face.

My previous life (as a master student in medical field) was easy but tough...since I have to study, do clinical service (mostly doing autopsy, FNAC clinic and grossing specimens), come back as a housewife (no maid)..etc but easy relatively.

My life now is not easy although it is not tough. Why?..probably because I don't really like what I do now...less clinical more admins and papers...

Tapi...semua tu baru bermula...lets see whether things can be more interesting ahead...

Aku sudah ada blog

Writing is never been my passion...but I need to start somewhere. This is as well as how I dislike teaching....but I'm now a lecturer.

Kenapa bermula sekarang? Sebab...I'm done with my life. I neeed a break, and lets Allah determine my journey but of course with a good plan.

At 35, I'm married (for 12 years) to a lovely husband (kita kena terima pasangan hidup kita seadanya tanpa regret in orders to live a happy life...remember tu yer adik2), gave birth and raising 6 lovely kids (5 boys and a girl), had a stable position in govt sector (in order to raise the 6 children...hehehe), own a house, a car and blessed with healthy parents. I just couldn't ask more from god. I'm happy with my life as many of my friends out there are with theirs...
